Subscription Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription payment. If you're not satisfied with Aura Swap within the first 7 days of subscribing, contact us for a full refund.

Applies to first-time subscribers only
Request must be made within 7 days of initial payment
Refund will be issued to the original payment method

Credit Refunds

Credits are non-refundable once used for face swap processing. However:

Unused credits remain available until the end of your billing period
Credits do not carry over between billing cycles
Canceling your subscription does not refund unused credits

Processing Failures

If a face swap fails due to a technical error on our end:

Credits will be automatically refunded to your account within 24 hours
If auto-refund doesn't occur, contact support and we'll restore your credits
User errors (wrong file format, no face detected, etc.) are not eligible for credit refunds

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

Include the email address associated with your account
Briefly describe your reason for the refund request

Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.

Canceling Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

Log in to your account and access the user menu
Click "Cancel Subscription"
Your access continues until the end of your current billing period
No further charges will be made after cancellation

Chargebacks

If you have an issue with a charge, please contact us first at support@auraswap.app. We're usually able to resolve issues faster than the chargeback process, which can take weeks.

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account suspension.
