Quick Summary: We collect only what we need to provide the service. We never sell your data. Your uploaded content is processed and then deleted. Payments are handled securely by Stripe.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Account Information
When you create an account, we collect:
- Email address — for account identification and communication
- Password — stored securely using industry-standard hashing
1.2 Payment Information
When you subscribe, payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do NOT store:
- Credit card numbers
- Bank account details
- Full payment card information
We only store:
- Stripe customer ID (a reference number)
- Stripe subscription ID (a reference number)
- Subscription status (active, canceled, etc.)

1.3 Uploaded Content
To provide the face-swapping service, you upload:
- Videos — containing faces you want to replace
- Photos — of the face you want to swap in
1.4 Usage Data
We automatically collect:
- Credit balance and usage history
- Processing timestamps
- Basic device information (browser type, operating system)
- IP address (for security and fraud prevention)

3. Content Processing and Retention
3.1 How Content is Processed
- Uploaded videos and photos are sent to our AI processing service (Replicate)
- Processing occurs on secure servers
- Results are returned and made available for download
3.2 Content Retention
- Uploaded files: Temporarily stored during processing, then deleted within 24 hours
- Processed results: Stored for 30 days to allow re-downloading, then automatically deleted
- Processing history: Metadata (timestamps, credit usage) retained for billing records

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We share data with trusted third parties who help us operate the service:
